Receiving online orders

See how to access orders made on the online catalog and complete them as sales.

In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Use the Sellers filter to only view transactions coming from the Online Catalog

  3. Tap the order you want to see more details and important information

    1. In Items you will have access to all the details of the selected products

    2. In Details there will be a timeline of changes made to the order, for better financial control

    3. In Customer, in addition to contact data, you will find shortcuts to the person's WhatsApp and Google Maps and Waze to plan the delivery route


    ⚠️ If the order was placed as a guest, the data of the person who placed the order will not be recorded in your Kyte, being only linked to the transaction in question.

  4. Swipe to confirm the order or change its status in the selector, confirmed orders cannot be edited, understand the editing rules here!

  5. Use the custom status feature to keep your customers updated via email registered in your online catalog

  6. Select the payment method used, if desired

  7. Tap the Save Order button

  8. Use shortcuts to share or print your order receipt

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Use the Sellers filter to only view transactions coming from the Catalog

  3. Click the icon to view, share or print your order receipt

  4. Click on the number of items to see a list of what was ordered

  5. Use the Status selector to keep your customers updated via the email registered in your online catalog

  6. The icons and inform how to receive the product, if it is a delivery, click on the icon to see the delivery address

  7. Click on the icon to see comments left by your customers

  8. Enter the order to see more details and edit information such as:

    1. Information on who placed the order with shortcuts to contact the person via WhatsApp and plan your delivery with Google Maps or Waze

    2. Notes left by your customers

    3. A list of the requested items

    4. The timeline of changes made to the order, for better financial control

    5. The fees and discounts applied

    6. Available payment methods, as well as the option to pay later

      ⚠️ If the order was placed as a guest, the data of the person who placed the order will not be recorded in your Kyte, being only linked to the transaction in question.

  9. If you make changes to the details, click Save order, confirmed orders cannot be edited, understand the editing rules here!

  10. Use shortcuts to share or print your order receipt
