Activating online ordering in the catalog

Activate the option to receive orders placed in your online catalog and manage them through the Orders menu in your Kyte account.

In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog

Inside the Online Catalog menu of your Kyte account you will find the settings for placing and receiving orders placed online.

  1. Start by activating the option to Accept online orders in Order Settings

  2. Activate the Summary via WhatsApp option and provide post-order guidelines to your customers

  3. Register delivery options and provide the pickup address, if this is a possibility for your customers

  4. Activate an exclusive sale fee for orders placed in the catalog, it is fixed and can be set only for deliveries, if you wish

  5. In Integrated payments, inform the options accepted at the time of delivery and product pickup or offer the option to make payments directly in the catalog when completing the order

  6. Define whether your customers can place orders as guests

🚨 The option of ordering without registration is optional in the original catalog only, in the new catalog all orders are placed as guests.

  1. Access the Online Catalog menu

  2. Under Orders, start by enabling the option to Accept online orders in Order Settings

  3. Activate the Summary via WhatsApp option and provide post-order guidelines to your customers

  4. Define whether your customers can place orders as guests
