Making an order in person

Register orders directly into your Kyte account, via the app or the web, and keep them until your customer makes the payment.

In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog

  1. Access the Checkout menu

  2. Choose the products you want, if you want to add more units of an item, follow the steps here

  3. Tap the green button at the bottom of the screen

  4. Use the shortcuts in each product to edit the necessary information

    • Change quantities or remove selected items

    • Increase or decrease the price of each product

    • Enter a specific discount for that item

  5. You can also add a discount to the total sale amount

  6. If your business doesn't offer pickups, choose a delivery fee

  7. Tap the button with ... to add notes, which may or may not be disclosed on the receipt

  8. Link a customer to the sale by clicking on the person's icon and selecting their contact

  9. Tap the Save Order button​

  10. To access the transaction tap View Order

    ⚠️Every order placed in person is registered with pending status, here's how to change custom statuses.

  11. In Items you will have access to all the details of the selected products

  12. In Details there will be a history of changes made to the order, for better financial control

  13. In Customer, in addition to contact details, you will find shortcuts to the person's WhatsApp and Google Maps and Waze to plan the delivery route

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Checkout menu

  2. Choose the products you want, if you want to add more units of an item, follow the steps here

  3. Click Select Customer to link a customer to the order

  4. Use the shortcuts in each product to edit the necessary information

    • Increase or decrease the price of each product

    • Enter a specific discount for that item

    • Change the quantities or enter the number 0 to remove the selected items, you can also use the X button

  5. Add a discount to the total sale amount

  6. Click on the trash icon to empty your cart

  7. Click Go to payment

  8. In Customer, in addition to contact details, you will find shortcuts to the person's WhatsApp and Google Maps and Waze to plan the delivery route

  9. Use the Note field to add important information, which may or may not be disclosed on the receipt

  10. In Items you will have access to all the details of the selected products

  11. The Order Summary brings the data selected in the cart

  12. If your business doesn't offer pickups, choose a delivery fee

  13. Select the payment method, if you already have this information

  14. Click Save Order

  15. Use the View Order button to access the receipt, it can be shared or printed
