Managing orders by table

Register your tables as customers to easily manage the orders and sales of your restaurant.

Updated over a week ago

Kyte was created to be compatible with different types of businesses, so through it you can also manage your food orders on a physical restaurant or if you work with delivery only. To manage the orders more easily, we suggest registering the tables or sectors in your food related business as customers.

In your Kyte app 📱

  1. Access the Customers menu and register all your tables, you can enter important details in the Notes

  2. While making an order click on the add customer icon and select the table being served

  3. Select the dishes being requested by customers and tap the green button

  4. If you need to report any changes to the kitchen, use the Add notes field on the ... icon and tap Save

  5. Use the green button at the bottom of the screen again

  6. Tap Save Order

  7. If you need to make any updates to the items during the service, enter the Orders menu and select the order in question

  8. Tap the ... icon again and on Edit order

  9. Make any necessary changes and tap Save Order or Next if your customers ask for the bill

  10. Tap Finish to complete the sale, it will appear in the Transactions menu where you can print or share the receipt with customers
