Payments made directly in the online catalog generate orders with Paid status, see here how to complete such sales orders.

⚠️ Purchases made with direct payment in the online catalog are saved as orders with Paid status. They cannot be edited and must be completed to appear in the Transactions menu.

In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Use the Sellers filter to only view transactions coming from the Online Catalog

  3. Select the the order you want to see and tap on it for more details about pickup or delivery and important notes

  4. Use the custom status feature to keep your customers updated via email registered in your online catalog

  5. Tap pickup or delivery to access the Customer tab and see details of who placed the order and shortcuts to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Waze to plan the delivery route

  6. In the Items tab you will have access to all the details of the selected products

  7. Go to Details to see a timeline of changes made to the order, for better financial control

  8. Swipe to confirm order and tap Complete Order to complete the sale

  9. Open the Receipt and use the shortcuts to share or print it

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Use the Sellers filter to only view transactions coming from the Catalog and the Status selector to select only Paid results

  3. Click the icon to view, share or print your order receipt

  4. Click on the number of items to see a list of what was ordered

  5. The icons and inform how to receive the product, if it is a delivery, click on the icon to see the delivery address

  6. Click on the icon to see comments left by your customers

  7. Enter the order to see more details and edit information such as:

    • Information on who placed the order with shortcuts to contact the person via WhatsApp and plan your delivery with Google Maps or Waze

    • Notes left by your customers

    • A list of the requested items

    • The timeline of changes made to the order, for better financial control

    • The fees and discounts applied

    • The selected payment method​

  8. Click Complete Sale and confirm completion by clicking Complete Sale again

  9. Use shortcuts to share or print your sale receipt
