Using order status

Manage your sales from order placement to product delivery using status to update your team and your customers.

When an order is placed in the app or online catalog, the status is automatically set to pending. To access new statuses, you must confirm the order. Confirmed orders update stock and cannot be edited, so make sure all the items your customer wants are listed and the quantities are correct before committing.

In your Kyte app 📱

  1. Select the desired order from the Orders menu listing

  2. Slide to confirm or change status in selector below total

  3. In the same selector, change the status as needed


  4. Take advantage of the statuses to organize your deliveries and withdrawals, just select the specific status in the filter and you will see all orders related to it that are still open

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Select the desired order from the Orders menu listing

  2. Click Confirm Order or change the status in the selector below the transaction number

  3. In the same selector, change the status as needed


  4. Take advantage of the statuses to organize your deliveries and withdrawals, just select the specific status in the filter and you will see all orders related to it that are still open
