Using order status

Manage your sales from order placement to product delivery using statuses to update your team and customers.

In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Select the desired order

  3. Slide to confirm or change status on the selector

  4. In the same selector, change the status as necessary​

💡 Use the statuses to organize your deliveries and pickups, just select the specific status in the filter and you will see all related orders. You can also see your customers' notes and the delivery route on Waze or Google Maps.

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Change the desired order status to Confirmed in the selector

  3. Once confirmed, use the same selector to change the status as needed​

  4. You can make the same change using the selector within the order details
