Notes can be added while placing an order and after it has already been created but if it has the status Paid or the sale has been completed, this edition will no longer be possible.

Click the ... in the lower left corner of the cart summary screen
Select Add Note
Enter the information you want to save
Select whether the text will appear on the receipt and click Display this note on receipt

Click on the ... in the lower left corner of the screen
Enter the Edit order option
The Checkout menu screen will appear, click the green button at the bottom of the screen to access the order summary
Click again on the ... in the lower left corner of the screen
Select Add Note

It is also possible to add notes to orders placed from the online catalog, however if they already come with a registered note, you will need to edit it.
Choose the desired order from the Orders menu
Tap the chat icon located on the grayed out line and select Edit note
Enter the information you want to save, you can erase what was written by your customer or add your text below what is already registered
Select whether the text will appear on the receipt and click Display this note on receipt
⚠️ This setting affects everything written in the remark, so consider what your customer wrote and whether this data should appear on the receipt before choosing the option.

When you finish editing your cart summary, click Go to checkout
On the next screen, enter the information you want to save in the Note tab
Select whether the text will appear on the receipt and click Display on receipt
Make any other edits you want and click Save Order or Complete Sale
