To set up the delivery options, go to the Online Catalog menu in your Kyte app
Tap on Order settings
Select Delivery rates
Add a description to guide your customers. It will be shown at the checkout on the online catalog, before the delivery options are presented
Tap on Add delivery rate to create the fee with all the necessary details
Once all fees are added, tap on Save so they appear on the catalog
On Kyte Web 💻
To set up delivery options, go to Settings in the web version of Kyte
Tap on the Pickup and Delivery tab
Enable the Deliveries option
Add a description to guide your customers. It will be shown at the checkout on the online catalog, before the delivery options are presented
Tap on Add delivery rate to create the fee with all the necessary details
On the screen that will appear on the right, select Activate delivery rate to enable it in your catalog
Fill in the name, value and description fields and tap Save for it to appear in your catalog
During the ordering process, your customers will choose the best option for them and the fee will be added to the amount being paid. You will see this amount described on the order's details as well as the transaction's details. The customers will also have access to it on their receipts.
