Access the Settings menu

Go to Ordering and Catalog and then to Order settings

In the Fee item, click the Charge sales tax/fee toggle to activate the feature

Fill in the Description and Sales tax fields

Activate the Apply to delivery only option if you want to omit it when the customers select the pickup option

Select whether the tax will be charged as a percentage or as a fixed price

If you choose to charge a percentage rate, select if it is going to be:

Added to the price: where the fee is added to the final price, such as a service fee charged in restaurants

Included in price (VAT): in this case no amount will be added as it is already accounted for in the final amount, in the case of taxes for example
