To receive notifications via WhatsApp, make sure your order settings are correct:
Access the Online Catalog menu
Click Activate the new online catalog
Under Orders, enable the Accept online orders option
Use Receive order summary via WhatsApp to start receiving notifications
Take advantage of Post-order instructions to personalize the confirmation message your customers receive
Finish by clicking Save Changes
⚠️ Don't forget to check that the number registered in the WhatsApp field is correct!
In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog
Access the Online Catalog menu
Enter Social Media & Others
Insert your WhatsApp number with the country and area area code
Tap Save changes
On Kyte Web 💻
Access the Settings menu in Kyte Web
Under Contact details, look for Cellphone/WhatsApp
Insert your WhatsApp number with the country and area area code
Tap Save changes
The option to send the order via WhatsApp will appear to your customers and you will also receive a notification in your Kyte app.
