🚨 This feature is only available for the new version of the online catalog.
To receive notifications via WhatsApp, make sure your order settings are correct:
- Access the Online Catalog menu 
- Click Activate the new online catalog 
- Under Orders, enable the Accept online orders option 
- Use Receive order summary via WhatsApp to start receiving notifications 
- Take advantage of Post-order instructions to personalize the confirmation message your customers receive 
- Finish by clicking Save Changes 
⚠️ Don't forget to check that the number registered in the WhatsApp field is correct!
In Kyte PDV  or Kyte Catalog
 or Kyte Catalog  
 
- Access the Online Catalog menu 
- Enter Social Media & Others 
- Insert your WhatsApp number with the country and area area code 
- Tap Save changes -  
On Kyte Web 💻
- Access the Settings menu in Kyte Web 
- Under Contact details, look for Cellphone/WhatsApp 
- Insert your WhatsApp number with the country and area area code 
- Tap Save changes 
 
The option to send the order via WhatsApp will appear to your customers and you will also receive a notification in your Kyte app.
