In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog
Access the Settings menu
Go into Ordering and Catalog
Select Order settings
Within Order status you will find
Pre-configured statuses that can be used or edited
You can deactivate them by clicking on the gray button
You can also create new ones in the + sign, just give them a name and customize the color
Click OK and then Save for the statuses to update
On Kyte Web 💻
Access the Settings
Click on Orders and sales
Within Order status you will find

Click Save changes for the statuses to update
💡 Order status can be used on orders registered by users in your account and on the ones made by customers in the online catalog.
