Register order status

Use order statuses to update your customers of each step in their shopping process.

In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog

  1. Access the Settings menu

  2. Go into Ordering and Catalog

  3. Select Order settings

  4. Within Order status you will find

    • Pre-configured statuses that can be used or edited

    • You can deactivate them by clicking on the gray button

    • You can also create new ones in the + sign, just give them a name and customize the color

  5. Click OK and then Save for the statuses to update

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Settings

  2. Click on Orders and sales

  3. Within Order status you will find

    • Pre-configured statuses that can be used or edited

    • You can deactivate them by clicking on the gray button

    • You can also create new ones in the + sign, just give them a name and customize the color

  4. Click Save changes for the statuses to update

💡 Order status can be used on orders registered by users in your account and on the ones made by customers in the online catalog.
