How to edit orders in Kyte

In this article, you will learn how to edit orders in Kyte before completing the sale, both in the App and on the Web.


📱 In the Kyte App

  1. Open the Orders menu

  2. Tap the order you want to edit

  3. Tap the button in the bottom left corner

  4. Tap Edit order

  5. Add or remove products

  6. Tap the green button at the bottom of the screen

  7. Adjust the order values or information

  8. Tap to change the delivery method or add a note

  9. Tap the green button to continue

  10. Select the payment method

  11. Tap Save order or Complete


💻 In Kyte Web

  1. Go to the Orders menu

  2. Click the order you want to edit

  3. Click Edit

  4. Make the necessary changes

  5. Click the + button to add a note

  6. Select the payment method

  7. Click Go to payment

  8. Click Save order or Complete sale


💡 Helpful tips

⚠️ After confirming the order, the inventory is updated and it is no longer possible to edit the products

🔄 To recreate the order from scratch, use Empty cart

📌 To find specific orders, use the filters available on the screen

🧭 To edit orders from specific salespeople, use the Salespeople filter on the Web
