Keep your customers updated on the progress of their orders.

⚠️ This is a feature of the new version of the Kyte catalog, if you are still using the classic version, update it in the Online Catalog menu.

In Kyte POS or Kyte Catalog

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Select the desired order

  3. Update status if necessary

  4. Use the icon at the top right of the screen or within the Details tab to share the link with your customers

  5. Your customers will also have access to updates through the link in your online catalog

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Change the desired order

  3. Update status if necessary

  4. Copy the link from the Order Progress Page and share it with your customers

  5. Your customers will also have access to updates through the link in your online catalog
