As the system uses transaction data to assemble its statistics and results, it is not possible to delete orders, only cancel them.
In Kyte PDV 
or Kyte Catalog 
Access the Orders menu
Open the order you want to cancel
Tap on ... button to access the menu
Select Cancel this order
Confirm the cancellation
On Kyte Web 💻
Access the Orders menu
Open the order you want to cancel
Click the $ icon next to the green button
Confirm the cancellation
Cancelled transactions cannot be restored, if you want to reactivate the transaction, you will need to create a new order manually or through the online catalogue. 🚩
