💡The system shows cancelled orders and sales as crossed out in the Orders and Transactions menus but you can choose to hide them so they will only appear when using the filter.
In Kyte PDV

Access the Settings menu
Go to General
Select the best option under Canceled transactions
If you want to see the hidden transactions, access the Orders or Transactions menu
Click on the filter icon
Select the desired period or payment method, if you want
Check the Cancelled sales only option
Tap Apply filter
On Kyte Web 💻
