Cancelling an order

See how to cancel an order, regardless of its status.

As the system uses transaction data to assemble its statistics and results, it is not possible to delete orders, only cancel them.

In your Kyte app 📱

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Open the order you want to cancel

  3. Tap on ... button to access the menu

  4. Select Cancel order

  5. Confirm the cancellation

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Open the order you want to cancel

  3. Click the $ icon next to the green button

  4. Confirm the cancellation

⚠️ Cancelled transactions cannot be restored, if you want to reactivate the transaction, you will need to create a new order manually or through the online catalogue.
