Placing orders on hold

Register an order to be processed on another date. This is a very useful feature for companies that work with work orders.

In your Kyte app 📱

  1. From the Checkout menu, select the desired products

  2. Tap the green button at the bottom to continue

  3. Confirm the items listed and add a discount if you wish

  4. Click the green button again

  5. Tap Save Order

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. From the Checkout menu, select the desired products

  2. Click Go to Payment

  3. Review the information on the order nd make the desired changes

  4. Click Save Order

The order will be recorded as pending in the Orders menu and may be processed as a sale when you receive payment for the products or services.
