How to complete saved orders

To better manage your service, save transactions as orders, so you can complete them in sales whenever you want.

In the Kyte POS and Kyte Catalog apps

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Tap on the desired transaction

  3. If you just want to update the status, use the selector located on the top left side

  4. If you want to complete the sale, use the slide button to confirm

  5. Tap Go to payment

  6. Select the payment method

  7. Tap Charge to complete the transaction

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Click on the desired transaction

  3. If you wish to update the status, use selector in Status, select one of the options and click on Change Status

  4. If you want to complete the sale, use the Confirm Order button on the top right

    (if the order has not yet been confirmed in the selector) and enter its details by clicking edit (either in the Order Summary or in Payment Methods)

  5. Select the payment method and enter other information (Customer, Notes), if applicable.

  6. Click Finish sale to complete the process
