Registering different payments on the same sale

Learn how to register more than one payment method for the same sale to have greater control over the results of your business.

This function is not available in the web version of Kyte, only in the Kyte POS and Kyte Catalog apps. 🚩

On sales registered in person

  1. Access the Checkout menu

  2. Select the desired products and tap the green button

  3. Add a discount, a delivery fee and a customer if needed

  4. Tap the green button again

  5. On the Payment screen, select the first payment method

  6. Enter the amount to be paid and tap Next

  7. Select the next payment method

  8. Click Next to see all payments listed, you can remove them by clicking the X

  9. Click Finish to complete the sale

For orders made in the online catalog

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Tap on the desired transaction

  3. The payment method chosen on the catalog will appear in the Details tab and can be changed

  4. Slide to confirm the order and tap Go to payment

  5. On the Payment screen, select your first payment method

  6. Enter the amount to be paid and click Next

  7. Select the next payment method

  8. Tap Next to see all payments listed, you can remove them by clicking the X

  9. Tap Finish to complete the sale

💡 The same payment method can be registered several times, if you want to see the amounts separately on the receipt.
