How to activate WhatsApp contact on your online catalog

In this article, you’ll learn how to add a WhatsApp contact button to your Kyte online catalog using the Kyte POS or Kyte Web.


In Kyte POS

  1. Go to the Online Catalog menu

  2. Tap on Social Media & Others

  3. Enter your WhatsApp number including the country and area code

  4. Optionally, tap Copy phone number if already saved in Store Info

  5. Tap Save to confirm


💻 On Kyte Web

  1. Access the Settings menu

  2. Under Phone/WhatsApp, enter your number with country and area code

  3. Click Save changes to apply


💡 Useful tips

💬 The WhatsApp button appears on the product detail page in the catalog
📞 Always include your country code (e.g., +1 or +55)
