How to receive online orders

How to receive and manage orders made directly from your Kyte Online Catalog, viewing item details, status, and payment methods.


📱 On Kyte POS

  1. Access the Orders menu

  2. Use the Vendors filter and select Online Catalog

  3. Tap the desired order

  4. In Items, view the details of all selected products

  5. In Details, check the change history of the order for financial control

  6. In Customer, besides contact details, you’ll find shortcuts to WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Waze

  7. Swipe to confirm the order or change its status manually

  8. If desired, select the payment method used

  9. Tap Save order

  10. Use the shortcuts to share or print the order receipt


💻 On Kyte Web

  1. Access the Orders menu.

  2. Use the Vendors filter and select Online Catalog

  3. Click the view icon to see, share or print the order receipt

  4. Click the item quantity to list what was ordered

  5. Check the delivery icons to view the delivery address or pickup icons

  6. Click the icon to view observations left by customers

  1. Click the order to view more details and edit information like:

    • Customer data, with shortcuts to WhatsApp and delivery planning with Google Maps or Waze

    • Observations made by customers

    • The list of ordered items

    • Order history from creation to payment confirmation

    • Taxes and discounts applied

    • Payment methods available, including the credit payment option

  2. If you make any changes, click Save order

  3. Use the shortcuts to share or print the order receipt
