In this article, you’ll learn how to activate and customize Kyte’s Online Catalog, creating a digital storefront with your brand’s style and allowing customers to place orders directly from your site or via WhatsApp.


📱 On Kyte POS

Activate the Online Catalog 🛒

  1. Go to the Online Catalog menu

  2. Tap Set up Online Catalog

  3. Enter your store name and define your access link


    ⚠️ Use only letters and hyphens in your store link to avoid access errors.

  4. Enter your tax ID and business name

  5. Check the box to accept the terms of use and tap Publish Online Catalog


Customize your Online Catalog 🛍️

  1. In the Online Catalog menu, open Display options

  2. Under Main color, choose the color used for icons and selectors

  3. In Main display mode, select Grid, List, or Instaview

  4. Under Out-of-stock products, define how unavailable items will appear


Set up orders and payments 🧾

  1. In the Online Catalog menu, go to Orders

  2. Turn on Accept online orders

  3. Under Delivery options, add your delivery areas and fees

  4. Under Pickup, add the store address and available hours

  5. Under Social media & others, add your links and activate Order via WhatsApp

Activate the Online Catalog 🛒

  1. Go to the Online Catalog menu

  2. Enter your store name and define your access link

    ⚠️ Use only letters and hyphens in the store link to prevent access issues.

  3. Enter your tax ID and business name

  4. Turn on the switch to accept the terms of use and click Continue

  5. Click Activate the new Online Catalog


Customize your catalog style 🎨

  1. Go to the Online Catalog menu

  2. Choose your Main color or personalize it using the palette or HEX code

  3. In Main display mode, select List, Grid, or Instaview

  4. Add a Banner at the top to showcase promotions or messages

  5. Choose how out-of-stock products will appear


Configure orders and deliveries 🧾

  1. Enable Accept online orders

  2. Enable Receive order summary via WhatsApp to get orders directly on your registered number

  3. Set up delivery and pickup options, including address, hours, and fees

  4. Set up the payment methods accepted online and in-store
