In this article, you will learn how to set up Kyte to receive new order notifications directly on WhatsApp. Orders made in your online catalog are notified according to the settings enabled on your mobile or tablet device. Here's how to set the preferences on your device:
📱 On Kyte App
If you prefer to receive order notifications on WhatsApp:
Go to the Online Catalog menu
Turn on the new online catalog, if it’s not active yet
Open Orders
Enable WhatsApp order summary
Enable Accept online orders, if it’s not active yet
Fill in the post-order instructions your customers will see
Tap Save

📱 Make sure Kyte notifications are allowed in your phone settings
💻 Keep your browser open on desktop to receive real-time alerts
⚠️ If notifications don’t arrive, check system and browser permissions

⚠️ Orders registered directly in your Kyte account will not be notified, but will appear in the numbers on the Orders menu.
