Kyte

The process is done in 3 simple parts and involves two of your Kyte accounts, so have your login and password details to access each one correctly.

Access the account where the data you want to transfer is located

Click on the icon <img src="https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/988181707/a3ae665213957bed813ff15a/icone.png" width="20" alt=""> next to + Product

Choose the Update current ones option

Download the spreadsheet and open the file using Excel or Google Sheets

Select and copy all desired information ​

1. Access the account where the data you want to transfer is located
2. Access the Products menu
3. Click on the icon <img src="https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/988181707/a3ae665213957bed813ff15a/icone.png" width="20" alt=""> next to + Product
4. Choose the Update current ones option
5. Download the spreadsheet and open the file using Excel or Google Sheets
6. Select and copy all desired information ​

Access your new account, the one that does not yet have registered products

Paste the data copied from the first sheet

Save the file in .xls format ​

1. Access your new account, the one that does not yet have registered products
2. Enter the Products menu
3. Click on the icon <img src="https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/988181707/a3ae665213957bed813ff15a/icone.png" width="20" alt=""> next to + Product
4. Choose the Import new option
5. Download the spreadsheet and open the file using Excel or Google Sheets
6. Paste the data copied from the first sheet
7. Save the file in .xls format ​

In your new Kyte account, click Continue

Select the spreadsheet you just filled out

Click Next without making changes to Data Fields or File Columns

Confirm that everything is correct and click Next for the system to process the changes​ ​

1. In your new Kyte account, click Continue
2. Select the spreadsheet you just filled out

⚠️ The process only transfers text, so it is not possible to add images. Photos of your products must be <a href="https://docs.kyteapp.com/en/articles/7861162-adding-images-to-your-products">added manually</a> after the product is complete.
