In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to update the stock quantity of multiple products at once using a spreadsheet on Kyte Web — ideal for quick inventory adjustments.
💻 Kyte Web
Go to the Products menu
Click the ⬇ icon next to + Product
Select Update existing
Download the template and open it using Excel or Google Sheets
⚠️ The update only transfers text — images cannot be added in the spreadsheet. If needed, add images manually after the update.
Fill in the spreadsheet with the updated stock values
Save the file in .xls format
Back in Kyte Web, click Continue
Upload the file you just updated
Click Next without making changes to the Field Mapping or Column headers
Review all details and click Next to complete the process
💡 Helpful tips
📌 Keep your product codes up to date to avoid import errors
✅ The value entered will replace the total stock quantity, not add to it
✅ Bulk updates save time and ensure consistent product data
📁 The spreadsheet does not create new products, it only updates existing ones
🗑️ Products not listed in the spreadsheet will not be deleted
⚠️ Don’t change the spreadsheet’s structure — this may cause import errors
