In this tutorial, you will learn how to apply discounts to both individual items and the total order amount, directly in Kyte App and Kyte Web.
📱 On Kyte App
🛒 In a sale
Access the Sell menu
Select the products you want and add them to the cart
Tap the green button at the bottom of the screen to continue with the order
To apply a discount on a specific product, tap on the product and select the option highlighted in red
To apply the discount on the total order amount, tap directly on Apply discount
Continue with the steps to complete the sale
📝 In a saved order
Choose the desired order in the Orders menu
Tap the "..." icon at the top left of the screen
Select Apply discount to access the cart
Continue with the sale or save the order again
💻 On Kyte Web
🛒 In a sale
Access the Sell menu
Select the products and add them to the cart
To apply the discount on a specific product, click on the product and select the option highlighted in red
To apply the discount on the total order amount, click directly on Apply discount
Continue with the steps to complete the sale
📝 In a saved order
Choose the desired order in the Orders menu
To apply the discount on a specific product, click on the product to return to the cart
To apply the discount on the total order amount, click on Order summary and then click on Edit discount
Continue with the sale or save the order again

💰 Discounts can be applied as a fixed amount or percentage.
📊 If you're using fixed discounts, input a promotional value directly on the products and remember to highlight them in your online catalog.
