Register order status

Use order statuses to update your customers of each step in their shopping process.

In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog

  1. Access the Online Catalog menu in your Kyte app

  2. Select Order settings

  3. Within Order status you will find pre-configured statuses

  4. Choose between editing them or creating new ones and activate them by clicking on the gray button


  5. Click OK and then Save for the statuses to update

  6. You will be able to use them both in orders placed by users in your account and in those that come from the online catalog

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Settings menu on Kyte Web

  2. Click on Orders and sales

  3. Within Order status you will find pre-configured statuses

  4. Choose between editing them or creating new ones and activate them by clicking on the gray button

  5. Click Save changes for the statuses to update

  6. You will be able to use them both in orders placed by users in your account and in those that come from the online catalog
