Orders made in your online catalog are notified according to the settings enabled on your mobile or tablet device. Here's how to set the preferences on your device:

If you prefer to receive order notifications on your WhatsApp:
Access the Online Catalog menu
Activate the new online catalog
Enter Order Settings
Activate the Summary via WhatsApp option and Accept online orders, if it is not already active
Provide post-order guidelines to your customers
Tap Save
⚠️ Orders registered directly in your Kyte account will not be notified, but will appear in the numbers on the Orders menu.
