Use a user from your Kyte account to log in from another device

⚠️ Always use the same login option selected during account creation, whether it’s Google, Apple, Facebook, or Email 

In the Kyte POS and the Kyte Catalog apps

  1. Download Kyte from the App Store or Play Store

  2. Use the same login credentials as the user created previously

    🛑 Remember to log out of the other account where the user in question is logged in, to avoid synchronization errors in your Kyte

  3. To access the account with another user, log out from the top of the main menu.

  4. Log in again using the credentials of the user in question

    ⚠️ Make sure the users have active usage permission on a personal mobile device

On Android devices

  1. Select the social login button with which you log in to your Kyte account. It can be the Log In button, Google, or Facebook

  2. The Log In button will ask for your email and password. The other buttons will use the security credentials of Google and Facebook, respectively

  3. Click Next to proceed and log in correctly

On iOS devices

  1. Click the login button used during account creation

  2. The Email button will ask for your email and password

  3. The Sign in with Apple, Google, and Facebook buttons will use the security credentials of the respective platforms to log in

  4. Tap Next to access the account

  5. Select the social login button with which you created your Kyte account

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access Kyte Web on your computer

  2. Click the login button used during account creation

  3. The Email button will ask for your email

  4. Click Next and enter your password to log in

  5. The Apple, Google, and Facebook buttons will use the security credentials of the respective platforms to log in

  6. Enter the requested details in the pop-up to access the account
