Use the same cell phone, tablet or computer to access multiple Kyte accounts.

Kyte allows a single login at a time so you need to log out of one account to log into another. Here are some tips on how to make this process more dynamic in your day-to-day!

🛑 Do not access Kyte with the same username on different cell phones or tablets simultaneously, as errors may occur when synchronizing your data.

In Kyte POS or Kyte Catalog

  1. In the main menu, tap on the name of your store

  2. Use Log out

  3. Confirm the exit with Yes

  4. Log in again with the data from the other account

    ⚠️ To access via Google, Facebook or Apple, you will need to enter the username and password for the respective platforms.

If the users are registered on the same Kyte account, use the Switch users / staff menbers option.

💡 The Kyte POS and Kyte Catalog apps have similar features and can be a sollution for using two accounts simultaneously on the same device.

In Kyte Control

  1. In the main menu, tap on the name of your store

  2. Use Logout

  3. Confirm the exit with Yes

  4. Log in again with the data from the other account

    ⚠️ To access via Google, Facebook or Apple, you will need to enter the username and password for the respective platforms.

⚠️ Access to Kyte Control is limited to account owners and administrators only.

In Kyte Web 💻

  1. Click on your username

  2. Use Exit to view the login page again

  3. Log in with the data from the other account

    ⚠️ To access via Google, Facebook or Apple, you will need to enter the username and password for the respective platforms.

💡 Your Kyte account is accessed within a browser, so use different browsers to access multiple accounts simultaneously.
