In Kyte apps 
You can access your Kyte account on mobile devices or tablets running Android 7.0 (Nougat) and higher or iOS 13.0 and higher.
We suggest using devices with more than 4 GB of RAM to maintain the quality of the processing of the transactions. Unfortunately it doesn't work on Android GO or Huaweis devices that don't have Google Play.

Write Kyte in the search field
Click the Install button
Wait until the download is completed and you will see the app on your device's screen
When you open the app, you will see a sequence of requests:
Accept the sending of notifications to receive notices of orders placed in your online catalog
Authorize Bluetooth access to sync card readers and thermal printers
Choose if you want to share data with our company, to receive personalized disclosures and help us improve your experience with Kyte

We are always looking for ways to improve Kyte and our users' feedback is the most valuable part of this process!
Our support team gathers suggestions and complaints from users and sends them to the developers for analysis. Every improvement made in the system is carefully thought, taking into consideration the demands of our users as well as the complexity of the feature and the resources available to us at the time.
Once developed, the new version is tested internally and, if working properly, it is upgraded to beta where it can be tested by users before becoming available for download in the App Store and the Play Store.

On Kyte Web 💻
You can also access Kyte from your computer, regardless of the operational system it uses as the platform is available online and can be used directly on a browser of your preference. All you need to do is access this link and log in with the same user and password you created for your Kyte app.
⚠️ The web version of Kyte only works online so you need to have a constant internet connection active. To access your account offline, use the Kyte app.
