How to fix online payment issues

In this article, you’ll learn how to fix online payment errors by reactivating or reconnecting your Stripe integration via the Kyte App.


👣 Step by step

🔄 Reactivate the integration

  1. Open the Kyte POS app and go to the Online Catalog menu

  2. Tap Order settings and go to Payment Methods

  3. Select Stripe

  4. Tap the green button to deactivate the integration and confirm with Yes

  5. Tap the gray button to reactivate the integration


🚫 Reconnect the integration

  1. Open the Kyte POS app and go to the Online Catalog menu

  2. Tap Order settings and go to Payment Methods

  3. Select Stripe

  4. Tap Exit to disconnect your Stripe account and confirm with Yes

  5. Tap the gray button again and follow the instructions to reconnect your Stripe account
