Managing your Kyte subscription

Are you having problems with your payments or thinking about changing your plan? Make the changes you want directly in your account.

The payment options offered depend on where the subscription was made.

For subscriptions on Google Pay

Subscriptions made from the Kyte app are processed by Google Pay, so they also need to be changed within these platforms.

  1. In your Kyte app, tap the Manage button

  2. Select Manage Subscription

  3. Once inside the Google Pay platform, follow the steps here


⚠️ In case of upgrades or downgrades to the plan, Google will not charge the difference but will reduce the period of usage of the new plan by discounting the days already used in the previous plan. After the end of such period, renewal will occur automatically with the price of the new plan selected.

For subscriptions on Apple Pay

Subscriptions made from the Kyte app are processed by Apple Pay, so they also need to be changed within these platforms.

  1. In your Kyte app, tap the Manage button

  2. Select Manage Subscription

  3. Once inside the Apple Pay platform, follow the steps here


⚠️ Changes to the plan are managed by the App Store directly. In case of an upgrade Apple will refund the equivalent amount paid for the original plan and will make a new charge of the price of the new plan. If it is a downgrade, the change will only be made after the current subscription ends.

For subscriptions made in Kyte's subscription page

If you have subscribed to your plan using your credit or debit card or PayPal, you can make the changes directly on Kyte's subscription page.

To edit billing details

The billing information is only linked to the payment of the plan, it does not appear in your account or is published in your online catalog and can differ from the details of the person who created the account.

  1. Access the page of your plan through a browser of your choice

  2. Click on the Change billing data option

  3. Make the necessary alterations

  4. Click Save to confirm the changes made

To change your plan

  1. Access the page of your plan through a browser of your choice

  2. Click on the option to Change Plan

  3. When switching plans, the total already invested will be considered when charging for the new plan

  4. You can change the billing frequency from monthly to yearly but not vice versa. If you want to switch from an yearly payment to a monthly payment, you will need to cancel your subscription and subscribe again

    ⚠️ Changes on your plan do not affect the information registered in your account but they do change your access to some resources.

To choose a new payment method

Wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal register your card details directly in their systems, so it is necessary to make changes with them.

If you entered your credit card details directly on our subscription page, click Change card and fill in your new card details.

To change any other payment methods you will have to cancel your current subscription and subscribe again, selecting your preferred option. Don't worry, only the plan will be canceled and no account information will be lost.

Subscriptions can only be changed or updated by the user who owns the account. If you do not have access to this information, check which username you used to create your Kyte account.
