Manage results and comissions

There are several ways to view transactions made by your users.

⚠️ As the app also works offline, in order to have access to data in real time both you and your team need to have the app connected to a high speed internet

In Kyte POS or Kyte Catalog

The transactions can be accessed through the Orders or Transactions menu in your Kyte app.

  1. Click the Salesperson filter button

  2. Select the desired user

  3. You will see all the transactions for the chosen period

Another way to see the transactions is through each team member in the Users menu.

  1. Open the Users menu in your Kyte app

  2. Select the desired user

  3. Access the Sales and Orders tabs to get a real-time update on what's being done

For administrators, in addition to the results found in the menus mentioned above, Kyte offers reports and statistics for better control of your team's performance. Learn how to access sales reports and filter transactions by salesperson to better visualize the revenue and profit that each team member is bringing to the company.

At the end of the Analytics menu you will find the item Sales by staff. In it you will have details about the quantity sold, the income generated and the percentage of sales made by each user. Use this data to count your team's commissions.

On Kyte Web 💻

The transactions can be accessed through the Orders or Transactions menu on Kyte Web.

  2. On the screen that will show up to the right, click Salesperson

  3. Select the desired user

  4. Click Filter at the bottom right, and you will see all the transactions for the chosen period

Another way to see the transactions is through each team member in the Users menu.

  1. Open the Users menu on Kyte Web

  2. Select the desired user

  3. Access the Last orders tab

You will also be able to view the quantity and total value of sales for the current day, the previous day, the current week, and the current month in the summary located at the top of the selected user's record.

In the Last 30 days tab, it is possible to see the quantity and total value of sales from the last 30 days, with the percentage indicating an increase or decrease in sales compared to the previous period.
