Export your business reports

See how to export the results of your orders and sales, as well as a summary of the status of your products and your customer data.

In addition to the information found in your account's Analytics menu, you will also have access to three reports that can be exported and opened using Excel or Google spreadsheets: the sales report, the products report and the customers report.

💡You can export the Sales report exclusively through the Kyte mobile app.

⚠️ You can export reports in the app on the PRO plan and higher (PRO, GROW and PRIME), and in Kyte Web on the GROW and PRIME plans. Only Main and Administrator users can access reports.

In Kyte PDV📱

  1. Access the Settings menu

  2. Tap Export reports

  3. Select the period and type of report you want

  4. Tap Export and choose how you want to receive it:

    • Download: the file is saved on your phone, and you can open or share the report, for example on WhatsApp

    • Send by email: Kyte sends the report and shows on the screen which email received the files

  5. The files are created in .csv format. If you export one report, you get one .csv file. If you export two or three at the same time, you get a .zip folder with the files inside, and you need to extract the folder before you open the reports. 💡 In the Products report generated within the Kyte mobile app on cell phones or tablets, for the selected period, you will find:

  • Amount sold

  • Quantity sold

  • Profit

  • Stock

  • Cost

  • Price

On Kyte Web 💻

Kyte Web exports the Products and Customers reports. It does not export the Sales report or orders. For these, use the Kyte app on your phone or tablet.

  1. In the web version, the reports are found in their respective menus, so access the Products or Customers menu

  2. Click on Generate report at the top right corner

  3. Save the report on your PC

With Kyte Web's Customers report:
