How to use Kyte offline

Understand when the app works without internet

✅ What you’ll learn

In this article, you’ll understand how Kyte works offline, which information remains available without internet, and what precautions help prevent data loss.

📱 On the Kyte App

  1. Install Kyte on a compatible device

  2. Sign in to your Kyte account

  3. Use the app normally even without internet

  4. Keep the app open when the internet connection returns

  5. Wait for the automatic data synchronization

While offline, the following information will not update in real time:

  • Data backup

  • Sales made by other users

  • Inventory across devices

  • Changes to customer tabs

  • Account statistics

Kyte works on phones and tablets with:

  • Android 7.0 (Nougat) or higher

  • iOS 13.0 or higher

⚠️ For better performance, we recommend devices with more than 4 GB of RAM.

⚠️ Kyte does not work on Android GO devices or Huawei devices without Google Play.

💻 On Kyte Web

Kyte Web works only online and requires an active internet connection to load and update account data.

💡 Helpful tips

⚠️ When the device is offline, the data is stored in the device memory. As soon as a stable connection is detected, the app automatically syncs the information with the cloud

📦 While offline, inventory, sales, and statistics may appear outdated on other devices

🚨 Do not log out, clear the cache, or uninstall the app before synchronization is complete

📶 To force a new synchronization, turn the device internet connection off and on again while keeping the app open
