Clearing the cache to fix errors

📱 In the Kyte App

On Android devices

  1. Open your phone's Settings

  2. Tap Apps

  3. Select Kyte

  4. Tap Storage

  5. Tap Clear Cache

  6. Tap Clear Data

On iOS

  1. Delete the Kyte app

  2. Restart your device

  3. Open the App Store

  4. Reinstall the Kyte app

💻 In Kyte Web

On Windows and Linux computers

  1. Open the Kyte page where the issue occurs

  2. Press Ctrl + F5

  3. If needed, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete

On Apple computers using Safari

  1. Open the Kyte page where the issue occurs

  2. Hold Shift

  3. Click Reload Page

On Apple computers using Chrome or Firefox

  1. Open the Kyte page where the issue occurs

  2. Press Cmd + Shift + R
