Choose the user in question
Click on the option to deactivate the user so that it cannot be accessed but remains registered in the account
On Kyte Web 💻
Go to the Users menu on Kyte Web
Choose the user in question
Click on the option to deactivate the user so that it cannot be accessed but remains registered in the account
If you want, you can try to delete the user directly by clicking on the trash can icon that appears at the top right of your screen. The action of deleting a user is irreversible.
⚠️ All changes made to users will only be updated after they log out and log back into your app. Don't worry, transactions made by deleted users will remain recorded and can be accessed through the registered customers and the Transactions menu.
