In this article, you’ll learn how to add a WhatsApp contact button to your Kyte online catalog using the Kyte POS or Kyte Web.
 In Kyte POS
 In Kyte POS
- Go to the Online Catalog menu 
- Tap on Social Media & Others 
- Enter your WhatsApp number including the country and area code 
- Optionally, tap Copy phone number if already saved in Store Info 
- Tap Save to confirm 
💻 On Kyte Web
- Access the Settings menu 
- Under Phone/WhatsApp, enter your number with country and area code 
- Click Save changes to apply 
💡 Useful tips
💬 The WhatsApp button appears on the product detail page in the catalog
📞 Always include your country code (e.g., +1 or +55)
