Activating WhatsApp in your online catalog

Learn how to activate a WhatsApp chat on your Kyte online catalog.

In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog

  1. Access the Online Catalog menu

  2. Tap Social Media & Others

  3. Insert your WhatsApp number with the country and area area code

  4. Use Same as main number to copy the number you registered in Business Information

  5. Tap Save

This will activate a button called Order on  within the details of each product, from where your customers can contact you directly to ask questions and make orders.

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Settings menu in Kyte Web

  2. Under Contact details, look for Cellphone/WhatsApp

  3. Insert your WhatsApp number with the country and area area code

  4. Tap Save changes

This will activate a button called Order on within the details of each product, from where your customers can contact you directly to ask questions and make orders.

⚠️ These orders will not be automatically generated in Kyte and must be entered manually by whoever is chatting with the customer via WhatsApp.
