This process activates a shortcut for contact via WhatsApp in the details of each product, from where your customers can contact you directly to ask questions while placing an order or making a purchase.

In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog

  1. Access the Online Catalog menu

  2. Tap Social Media & Others

  3. Insert your WhatsApp number with the country and area area code

  4. Use Same as main number to copy the number you registered in Business Information

  5. Tap Save

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Settings menu in Kyte Web

  2. Under Contact details, look for Cellphone/WhatsApp

  3. Insert your WhatsApp number with the country and area area code

  4. Tap Save changes
