In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to share sales receipts using Kyte App or Kyte Web, through email, WhatsApp, or other social media platforms.
📱 On Kyte App
Go to the Transactions menu
Select the desired sale
Click the receipt icon
Choose from the sharing options:
PDF: Click to view the receipt in PDF format. It can be shared or printed as you prefer
Email: If the customer's email is saved in the system, it will be auto-filled. You can change it before sending
Share: Choose the option to share the receipt as an image through the available apps on your device. The recipient can open and save the image
💻 On Kyte Web
Go to the Transactions menu
Access the receipt directly or select the desired sale
Click View on the receipt field
Choose from the sharing options:
Copy image: Get a .png version that you can paste in chats or emails
Download PDF: The file will be saved on your computer for sharing or printing
Send by email: If the customer's email is saved, it will be auto-filled. You can change it before sending
💡 Helpful tips
📲 Quick sharing: After the sale, the sharing screen will be available directly to make sending the receipt easier.
