✅ What you’ll learn
In this tutorial, you will learn how to share order receipts using Kyte App or Kyte Web, through email, WhatsApp, or other social media platforms.
📱 On Kyte App
Go to the Orders menu
Select the desired order
Tap the three dots icon in the top right corner of the screen
Tap on Share
Choose from the sharing options:
PDF: Click to view the receipt in PDF format. You can share or print it as you prefer
Email: If the customer's email is saved in the system, it will be auto-filled. You can modify it before sending
Share: Choose this option to share the receipt as an image in the apps available on your device. The recipient will be able to open and save the image
💻 On Kyte Web
Go to the Orders menu
Access the receipt directly or select the desired order
Click on View in the receipt field
Choose from the sharing options:
Copy image: Get a .png version that you can paste in chats or emails
Download PDF: The file will be saved on your computer to be shared or printed
Send by email: If the customer's email is saved, it will be auto-filled. You can modify it before sending
💡 Helpful tips
📲 Quick sharing: Once the order is saved, the sharing screen will be directly available to make it easier to send the receipt.
