Open the Sales menu
Tap the sale you want to print
Tap Print receipt
Select the configured printer
Wait for the receipt to be printed
If you haven't set up your printer yet, follow the steps here
💻 On Kyte Web
Go to the Sales menu
Click the sale you want to print
Click Print receipt
Confirm the print in the browser
If you haven't set up your printer yet, follow the steps here
You can also click Download PDF and print from the print settings of the program used to open the PDF file
💡 Useful tips
🖨️ Make sure the printer is turned on, connected, and has paper
📌 The receipt layout follows the previously saved settings
⚠️ Receipt printing requires a compatible thermal printer
🔌 On Kyte Web, the thermal printer can be connected via Bluetooth or USB
🔁 You can print the receipt as many times as needed, without affecting the sale
