In this article, you will learn how to register multiple payment methods for the same sale, whether for in-person payments or orders placed via the online catalog.
📱 On Kyte App (in-person sales)
Open the Sell menu
Select the desired products and tap the green button
If needed, add a discount, shipping fee, or customer
Tap the green button again
In the Payment screen, select the first payment method
Enter the amount to be paid and tap Next
Select the next payment method
Tap Next to see all payments listed. If needed, remove a payment by clicking the "X"
Tap Complete to finalize the sale
📱 On Kyte App (orders in the online catalog)
Open the Orders menu
Tap the desired transaction
The selected payment method will appear in the Details tab, and it can be changed
Slide to confirm the order and tap Go to payment
In the Payment screen, select the first payment method
Enter the amount to be paid and tap Next
Select the next payment method
Tap Next to view all payments listed. If needed, remove a payment by clicking the "X"
Tap Complete to finalize the sale
💡 Useful tips
💳 The same payment method can be registered multiple times if you want to split amounts on the receipt.
