How to use credits in your customer accounts

Use the credit function in your customers' accounts to run promotions that generate cashbacks.

In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog

  1. Access the Customers menu

  2. Select the customer in question

  3. Go to the Account tab

  4. Tap Balance update

  5. Choose between Add credit and Remove credit

  6. Enter the amount and tap Next

  7. Use the Notes field to record important data for your team

  8. Tap Balance update

On the Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Customers menu

  2. Select the customer in question

  3. In the Account tab, choose between Add and Subtract

  4. Enter the value and use the Observation field to record important data for your team

  5. Click Add credit or Subtract credit
