Controlling your stock movements

Check the stock movement of your products and stay abreast of what is sold and returned.

In the Kyte POS and Kyte Catalog apps

  1. Access the Products menu

  2. Tap the Stock tab to see how much is available in each

  3. At the bottom of the screen you will have access to a summary of the projected cost and profit of all your inventory

  4. See more details using the filter function at the top right of the screen

    ⚠️ All changes made to inventory, whether manually or as a result of sales, are recorded in the history of each product.

  5. To access them, choose the desired product

  6. Go to the Stock tab

  7. Tap on Stock Movement

  8. Use the filter to see specific transactions

On Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Products menu

  2. At the top of the screen you will have access to:

    • A summary of the projected cost and profit of all your inventory

    • The total quantity of items in stock

    • The number of products with low and zero stock

  3. See more details using the filter function next to the search field

    ⚠️ All changes made to inventory, whether manually or as a result of sales, are recorded in the history of each product.

  4. To access them, choose the desired product

  5. In the Stock field you will find the option Stock Movement

  6. Click Show results to see specific moves
