Managing credits and debits of your customers

Take advantage of the customer account feature to offer credits, cashback and credit payments to your customers.

In Kyte PDV or Kyte Catalog

  1. Access the Customers menu

  2. Select the customer in question

  3. Enter the Account tab

  4. In the Account Balance you will have access to the history of payments made on credit, as well as the use of debits and credits

  5. Tap the share icon to see the 10 most recent moves or send the full report by email

  6. Access the Analytics menu to view the overall pay later results

  7. Use the < and > arrows or tap the center of the header to select a specific period

  8. Enter the Payment Method option

  9. Sales on pay later and on credit appear at the end of the list

On the Kyte Web 💻

  1. Access the Customers menu

  2. Select the customer in question

  3. In the Account field, click on See statement you will have access to the history of payments made on credit, as well as the use of debits and credits

  4. ​Click the Copy image icon to see the 10 most recent movements or send the full report by email

  5. Access the Analytics menu to view the overall pay later results

  6. Use the < and > arrows or tap the center of the header to select a specific period

  7. Enter the Payment Method option

  8. Sales on pay later and on credit appear at the end of the list
