How to deactivate a coupon 🚫
Go to the Coupons menu
Select the desired coupon
Tap on Coupon usage to prevent the coupon from being accepted in your online catalog
Tap Save to deactivate the coupon
How to delete a coupon 🗑️
Go to the Coupons menu
Select the desired coupon
Tap the trash icon
Confirm the deletion by tapping on Delete coupon
💡 Useful tips
🚨 Coupons cannot be edited after they are created. To fix a coupon, delete the current one and create a new one.
⚠️ Deactivated coupons will no longer be accepted during checkout but will remain in your account.
