In the Kyte POS 
and Kyte Catalog apps 
Access the Products menu
Click on the Categories tab
Select the category you want to delete
Click on the trash can icon at the top right of the screen
Confirm removal to complete the process
On Kyte Web 💻
Access the Products menu
Click on the Categories icon
Select the category you want to delete
Click on the trash can icon at the top right of the screen
Click on Remove to complete the process
The products linked to the excluded category are not deleted but redirected to the Without Category option until you add them to another category.
