Information available in the Analytics menu

  • Revenue: This report provides information on the total amount of sales made without deducting investment in products and infrastructure. You can use the "time," "day," and "day of the week" tabs to identify the busiest times in your store.

  • Sales: This report is similar to the billing report, but it focuses on the number of sales. It is a great report for analyzing shifts and cash movements.

  • Average Ticket Size: This report offers important data on how much you invoice per customer, which can help with your business financial planning and decision-making about future investments.

  • Profits: Your profit is calculated as the price minus the cost of your products. Therefore, it is essential to record the cost when creating the products.

  • Sales Tax: This report shows all the fees charged to your customers, whether they are for sales made in the app, via the web version, or the online catalog. As fees do not have a cost, they are not considered in profit but only in your company's billing.

  • Payment Methods: This report organizes all billing according to payment method, including debits from the account and credits registered for each customer.

  • Top Products: This report provides information on the best-selling and least popular products. You can compare them over time to adjust the purchase of new items and make personalized disclosures.

  • Top Customers: This report helps you work on customer loyalty by identifying your most valuable customers and those who need an incentive.

  • Sales by staff: This report helps you manage and encourage your team based on their sales results. It is also essential for organizing commissions.
