Visualizing your business profit

See how much you are profiting from your sales and understand how you can profit even more.

Profit is counted from what's left over from your sales after costs are factored in, so remember to record costs in addition to your product prices. If they are not registered, your sales will have a zero or negative profit, if the cost is greater than the price.

In your Kyte app 📱

  1. Access the Analytics menu

  2. Enter the Profit option

  3. By default the data for the current month will appear, but you can change the months using the arrows < and >

  4. To view a longer period, click in the center of the header

  5. Select the period you want in the filter

  6. Tap Apply filter

  7. Swipe right and left to see results by hour, day of week and month

  8. When scrolling down the screen, you will also have access to the list of transactions with important data such as the revenue and the profit

  9. The best results will appear in green while the worst in the list are in red

  10. If you want to share this data, click on the icon at the top right of the screen and choose the desired app
